Education Qualification :
Project Associate - I :
- PhD in Biosciences
- Desirable : 10 publications in SCI journals with one year of experience in the field of seaweeds
- Salary : Rs. 56,000/- + HRA as per CSIR guidelines.
- Age limit : 35 years as on last date of receiving applications (age relaxation as per CSIR rule).
Project Associate - I :
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Environmental Science
- Desirable : Experience of undertaking analysis of common physico-chemical parameters of seawater.
- Salary : Rs. 25,000/- + HRA as per CSIR guidelines.
- Age limit : 35 years as on last date of receiving applications (age relaxation as per CSIR rule).
Project Associate - I :
- Essential Qualification: B.E in Biotechnology or B. Tech in Biotechnology
- Desirable : Experience in seaweed culture / cultivation besides knowledge of swimming.
- Salary : Rs. 25,000/- + HRA as per CSIR guidelines.
- Age limit : 35 years as on last date of receiving applications (age relaxation as per CSIR rule).
Project Associate - I :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology from a recognized university or equivalent (Chemical Engineering: 01 no.)
- Salary : (i) Rs 31000/- + HRA for the scholars who are selected through (a) national eligibility tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. (ii) Rs. 25000/- +HRA for those who do not fall in (i) above
- Age Limit : Maximum 35 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.
Project Assistant :
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical engineering
- Salary : (i) Rs 20,000/- + HRA
- Age : Maximum 50 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.
Project Assistant :
- Three-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Desirable : Good working knowledge of computer.
- Fellowship : Rs. 20,000/- + HRA.
- BE / B. Tech degree holders in engineering discipline with valid GATE score OR
- Candidates with B.Pharm degree and having qualified GPAT OR
- Candidates with B.Tech in Biotechnology with valid GATE score and subject to securing a minimum 85.00 percentile in GATE.
- Candidates selected for the award of JRF-GATE will be eligible for fellowship subject to getting registered/enrolled for AcSIR PhD program at CSIR-CSMCRI
- Who are not Eligible: Candidates with ME/M. Tech degree; All those eligible for direct CSIR-SRF are not eligible to apply for JRF GATE.
- Age : The upper age limit for JRF shall be 28 years which is relaxable as per CSIR rule.
- Salary : The stipend of a JRF-GATE will be Rs 31,000/ p.m for the first two years. On Completion of two years as JRF-GATE, the fellowship will be upgraded to SRF (GATE) and the stipend will be increased to Rs. 35,000/- p.m for the 3rd and subsequent years, on the basis of assessment of Fellows’ research progress/ achievements through interview by an Expert Committee. HRA as per institute rules.
